Laura Tunberg, CEO

Laura’s career has encompassed sports, live theatre, film and television, government affairs, business affairs, strategic communications policies, marketing / branding, and technology strategy. Currently, she is Founder and Principal Partner at We Get It Consulting, which specializes in digital business strategies for content and technology companies, fostering healthy and profitable relationships between content owners and technology companies. She is an intellectual property expert who has also managed strategic business alliances, complex litigation, comprehensive crisis management and media relations. In 2008, Ms. Tunberg launched EM Syndication, a startup that focused on large underserved markets in the on-line video delivery space. Prior to starting EM Syndication and We Get It, she served as MGM Studios’ Vice President of Intellectual Property Enforcement where she built from the ground up, creating effective business strategies to protect and maximize MGM’s film and television product. She created and advanced the most critical federal anti-piracy legislation in the past 20 years, ART Act/HR 4077, which become Federal law in June 2005.


Sumya Ojakli, Chief Marketing Officer

Sumya is a noted brand and marketing strategist who builds profitable brands, oversees new business growth and develops new products. Sumya has served as VP/GM of Random House Children’s/GBFE Imprint leading an established business to a five-fold sales increase in two years and VP/Entertainment Marketing of Digitas, where she spearheaded brand strategy, relationship marketing and loyalty programs for Fortune 100 clients. Previously, she was National Director of Entertainment Marketing for PolyGram Entertainment where she established high profile clients in the consumer packaged goods industries for the music, movie and video entities she represented. Additionally, Sumya developed high ticket media buy programs for the launch of Imagine Media’s Snowball.com (IGN.com, Power Students Network) an aggregator of targeted websites. Sumya has won many creative awards for magazine covers to videos she has produced. She has been the executive producer and creative director on approximately 22 albums to date and has been published in The New York Times, U.S. Pharmacist, Electronic Learning, New Jersey Monthly, Communications Consultant, Sales Marketing Management, Teaching and Computers, Billboard, Information Week, Working Mother, Scholastic News and various noteworthy Blogs.


Andy Harrison – Chief Technology Officer

Andy is a Harvard MBA who runs Clout Mobile Games. Prior to Clout, he started a content/game company called Doc Word in 2005 (www.docword.com), providing content to sports teams, multiple college alumni and B2B publications, as well as online for Discovery and The Learning Channel. In 2007, he expanded in to real-time sports trivia games. With the move to mobile, Andy established Clout Mobile Games. He also runs Sixth Man Consulting (founded in 1999), providing strategy and research services to early stage and start-up companies, and to Fortune 100 companies like Acxiom, SONY, AOL and Citigroup Credit Card Services. He has worked for Young & Rubicam, Harte-Hanks, Sallie Mae, American National Bank (IL) and Drake Beam Morin. Andy has also been an adjunct professor at Pace University’s Business School and lectures regularly on entrepreneurship at Fordham University.


Kathryn Wallack: President Entertainment Content

Kathy has an extensive and successful career in film and television production. Her ability to raise capital for entertainment projects and deep Rolodex in the entertainment industry are critical to NewCo’s ability to create and develop top-flight content. Currently, she is producing the indie feature “Mighty Fine” (Chazz Palminteri, Andie MacDowell), as well as developing new projects based on the GIDGET franchise. She is best known for being the cowriter/Executive Producer for “Sabrina, the Teenage Witch”, the long running ABC sitcom, as well as the Executive Producer on subsequent Sabrina television movies. In addition, she has produced multiple independent films and television mini-series.
