Newco/Clout Mobile Games - Overall Objectives

  • Develop games for multiple platforms using our personal connections for content across music, film and the literary world while also creating our own licensable intellectual property as well. This will also allow for our own intellectual property to be produced on other platforms.
  • Take a speed to market approach we will be able to also take specific gaming architectures and create multiple game ‘skins’ to adapt our games to several niche markets at once. Game engine design makes it easy to change out assets and point systems.
  • Understand and match content to brands to give our games a more realistic touch with integrated product
    placement and higher end design to mirroring that of today’s animated feature films.
  • Utilize our ability to create smart multiple strategic partnerships allows us the opportunity to leverage, trade and target within our audiences.
  • Become a major player in the field of social and on-line gaming, quickly grow a vast user base, and earn substantial revenue via ad sales, virtual goods sales, intellectual property licensing, product integration and strategic partnerships.
  • Have one million active users within 6-8 months.

 

Initial Plans


  • Immediately upon funding we will launch two casual games and, within the first six months, we will launch our first social networking game. This allows us to have immediate revenue as well as the credibility to start building strategic alliances.
  • Develop and use a standardized platform for knowledge games which will be sold on a subscription-based revenue model
  • Use current relationships with major brands to build strategic partnerships looking to come in on ground floor with product integration throughout the game lifecycle
  • Develop two games that allow for re-skinning or repurposing for speed to market and customization for brand sponsors
  • Use current relationships with top tier rock artists to create the first in a line of genre specific games targeted at a loyal abundant niche audience
  • Using current relationships with the modeling and fashion industry we will be gearing up to create a fantasy/romance themed title for both men and women.
  • Private Labeling for current partner relationships: Using our trivia platform, customized mobile games would be created for specific Discovery Channel properties like “Deadliest Catch”. There could be tie-ins with program sponsors, etc.
